About the role
The Fleet Officer is responsible for the management and coordination of drivers for delivering orders. This role ensures that the drivers comply with traffic regulations, TipTop delivery standards, and optimizing logistics to support efficient and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
• Check and update drivers’ schedules, attendance, and commitment on a daily basis.
• Follow up on drivers’ payments daily to ensure timely processing.
• Monitor drivers’ adherence to traffic laws and TipTop policies and procedures.
• Recruit and train new drivers regularly, based on business needs and monthly targets.
• Manage the distribution and maintenance of driver uniforms and equipment to maintain TipTop’s professional image.
• Track drivers’ ratings and behavior, conducting coaching and awareness sessions as needed.
• Collect feedback from CRM unit regarding the quality of the order delivery process.
• Achieve the target for average delivery time on a monthly basis.
• Report any potential risks affecting work progress to the Operations Manager.
• Provide the Operations Manager with updates on drivers’ deductions and rewards.
• Arrange and oversee the inventory of fleet equipment on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and submit regular repo related to driver performance to the Operations Manager.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers to enhance their loyalty to TipTop.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Operations manager

Experience
1-2 years of relevant experience.
Education
Bachelor degree in relevant field
