Job Overview

Summary

Organize and control work processes for Franchise Point of Sales in the best way to ensure customer satisfaction and high level of quality of presented services that match Korek image.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising Franchise shops in the Region.
  • Following up on franchise development plan with related shop and staff, collect details regarding the progress, share detail information and pictures with franchise management.
  • Sharing daily shop status (Opening days and times).
  • Monthly visit plan according to Franchise Management visit plan, possibility of performing visits in evenings and weekends.
  • Daily visit report per shop, including shop Information, locations on map, photos and notes.
  • Preparing reports about new Franchise shops suggested by MDs, including shop area Information, location on map, measurements, photos, videos, comments, notes and recommendations.
  • Preparing full branding measurements for existing and new shops.
  • Handling monthly evaluation of Franchise shops.
  • Handling quarterly evaluation of Franchise shops.
  • Daily updating Franchise team share folder with all the related reports.
  • Improving the productivity of Franchise shops staff.
  • Monitoring the quality of performance for all Franchise shops staff.
  • Providing continuous training and update of Franchise shops staff information.
  • Following up complaints received by the customers or Call Center about Franchise shops.
  • Installing last update of Info Bank on all Franchise shops PC.
  • Sending new and updates of Korek offers and services emails.
  • Keeping a high quality of Franchise shops brandings: signboards, internal and external stickers and see-throw.
  • Making sure that the furniture of the Franchise shops is kept in a good condition, such as: desks, tables, employees and waiting area chairs, stands and others.
  • Receiving and distributing marketing materials (BTL), such as: flyers, brochures, posters, roll ups and others.
  • Monitoring the Franchise shop stock (USIM blank, franchise related offers…etc.)
  • Obtaining the necessary technical information to support Franchise shops staff, such as: Creating and Deactivate user accounts, dealing with Activation Line problems.
