Job overview:
Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. Work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation. The primary focus will be developing user-facing web applications and components, implement them with one of JavaScript frameworks, following generally accepted practices and workflows.
Educational Level:
Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or similar
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Work with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Building responsive Web Pages
- Implement solutions that are user responsive and efficient.
- Turn UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating excellent interactions from designs
- Advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as Vue.js, React JS, or Angular JS
- Work with back-end developers to integrate UI components with APIs and databases
- Ensuring user experience determines design choices.
- Developing features to enhance the user experience.
- Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.
- Building reusable code for future use.
- Maintaining and improving websites
- Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
- Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
- Ability to troubleshoot JavaScript issues in your browser
- Collaborate with Back-End Developers.
- Working with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress
- Write functional requirement documents and guides
- Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
- Learn about new technologies and stay up to date with current best practices.
Qualifications:
- +3 years of experience working in this field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or similar
- Proven experience as a Front-End Developer
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with browser testing and debugging
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Understanding of layout aesthetics
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Very Good in English Language (written and oral)
