Job Overview
Description
Manage and overseas the HDD machines fleet utilization and all its requirements such a qualified operation team, ordering spare parts, and all other consumables with a plan of inventory to insure an acceptable level of spares in the warehouse.
- Ordering spare parts and consumables for HDD machine to ensure the optimum level of inventory are met
- Responsible for the optimum HDD fleet utilization in accordance with business plan.
- Overseas machines maintenance team activities to minimize machines downtime.
- Ensure effective use of fleet management software for supervision, management and analysis
- Conducting HDD machines and equipment inspections to ensure that all safety standards are met.
- Maintaining safety standards on the jobsite for the operation teams.
- Training new employees on the proper operation and procedures for safe and effective use of machines.
- Ensure proper functioning and find an alternative solution by local manufacturing of spare parts.
- Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Prepare regular reports for upper management.
- Continually focuses on achieving market profitability through effective management, including cost control, employee development, and high training.
- Ensures safe and reliable assets are available to meet operational requirements.
- Meets all financial review dates, and report submissions.
- Oversees personnel needs of the Section including selecting, coaching, disciplining, and training employees and evaluating employee performance.
- Maintain favorable working relationships among all employees and promote maximum morale, productivity, and efficiency.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Requirements
Education:
BSc. In Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related.
Years of Experience
A minimum of 5 Years’ experience in technical field.
Knowledge
- Excellent Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken .
- Good Command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge and experience in machinery.
- Ability to manage daily activities, exercise discipline and work rules.
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the team independently.
- Self-motivated, hands-on critical thinker and problem solver.
