Zain Iraq is Actively recruiting to hire a Head of B2B Mobile and MBB Unit who is responsible for the achievement of revenue and base targets of MBB & Mobile Unit of B2B, by launching and updating customer propositions and product experiences. It is a Head of Unit level role, which will require the job holder to lead, manage and develop team members, also he will be responsible for managing the whole cycle of product development and management including technical and non-technical requirements assessment, product development, related systems updates, product launching, and product performance management of MBB and Mobile Unit. This is aimed at developing and executing B2B sales strategies, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
- Responsible for achievement of revenue and base KPIs of MBB & Mobile Unit of B2B.
- Responsible for product development and management of MBB & Mobile services, including but not limited to idea conception, requirement gathering, testing, launch, and lifecycle management
- Work with IT, Finance & MKT PD teams to develop product requirements, upgrades, and improvements to ensure quality and consistent customer experience
- Sales enablement with product training, building product knowledge base to ensure the sales team can understand and showcase the offering to the customers correctly
- Work closely with Marketing & CS Reporting team to track, manage and provide insights into evolving revenue and base KPIs of MBB and Mobile services business.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive B2B sales of MBB & Mobile services. Identify target market segments, create value propositions, and develop GTM strategies to acquire and retain business clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to grow revenue and customer base. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customized offerings, and value-added services to attract and retain business clients.
- Carry out the day-to-day operations of the B2B Mobile and MBB Unit, provide expertise, encourage teamwork, and align work processes to achieve high-performance standards, meet established targets, and engage employees in a motivating work environment.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders within and outside B2B.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network operations, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of mobile broadband services to B2B customers. Collaborate on product enhancements, service improvements, and issue resolution to meet customer expectations.
- Share monthly market intel report, with benchmarking product proposition and ATL & BTL offers vs. competition. Keep B2B management informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the B2B mobile broadband sector.
- Responsible from B2B for coordinating with teams driving market research and analyzing customer insights.

- Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
- 8 years of Telecom operator experience
- Minimum of 4 years of Telecom Product Marketing & Segments
- 2 years in Postpaid or B2B domain
