Job Overview
Position: Receptionist
Reporting To: Administration Manager
Duty Station: Baghdad branch office
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Welcoming guests and visitors and directing them to the concerned department
- Answering phone calls for the company
- Provide administration support for the training courses and workshops organized in the facility
- Follow up and report the maintenance of facilities and premises
- Maintain the facility inventory and keep it updated
- Assist in processing purchase orders and payment requests
- Follow up with catering services on daily basis
- Follow up with office supplies, coffee breaks, and cleaning materials in addition to distribution
- Reconcile monthly expenses of food and hygienic materials and catering service
- Handling company cars log sheet on regular basis
Requirements:
- At least 1 year in a similar role
- Diploma in administration or equivalent
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Iraqi nationality

- Strong organizational skills
- Good Multitasking skills
- Detail oriented
- Good team player
