Job Overview

Position Summary :

This role is an entry-level position and reports to either manager or director. The main responsibilities as the HR and administrator will be to maintain and update employee records, as well as manage various HR documents and internal databases, such as holiday and leave and giving awareness about Company rules and policies. HR represents both the employee and the company.

Responsibilities :

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supporting the development with day-to-day HR related activities and administration tasks.
• Maintaining employee records database and paperwork.
• Provides both clerical and administrative support to the General Manager.
• Preparing the payroll list by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules.
• Assist in performance management processes
• Strong & good relationship with the Employee and provide help desk in whatever they need.
Minor Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Follow the process of recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
• Assist in performance management processes
• Maintain employee records (attendance, data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Management, Human Resources, and Overall Education Background.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as HR officer, administrator, or other related position.

Basic knowledge of national labor and social law

• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
