Job Summary

To assist the HR Manager with administrative and routine tasks related to human resources to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Record and manage employee attendance and departures.
  • Prepare monthly attendance reports.
  • Create and update employee files.
  • Organize and maintain documents and records for easy access.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews.
  • Track job applications and resumes.
  • Prepare correspondence and emails.
  • Organize internal meetings ,events and training.
  • Prepare simple reports and other documents as needed
  • Enter and update data in HR systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Any other task assigned by the HR manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one 1 years of experience in HR.
  • University bachelor’s degree in business administration or related.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English language.
  • Professional use of computers and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR procedures is a plus.
  • High organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
