HR Assistant/Benefits Administrator – SG Erbil:

The HR Assistant/Benefits Administrator is responsible for handling daily activities related to employee inquiries inside and outside health insurance networks. This includes responding to inquiries, providing information on policy terms and coverage, assisting in resolving issues, and guiding employees through the claims process

Location: Divan Hotel – 40 M Ring Road

Requirements:

BSc. degree in business admin or relevant field. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Key competencies include adaptability to change, effective communication, teamwork, result orientation, and professional passion and drive. English, Arabic, and Kurdish languages are a must. Proficiency in Computer programs Especially MS Office Programs.
