The JR.HR Officer is responsible for providing personnel and HR management support and coordinating between the company HQ and its branches for all areas related to HR management. The HR Officer act as an HR department advocate, administering and keeping track of vacation requests, attendance, and all personnel issues while ensuring compliance with Sardar Group HR policies and procedures.
- The role is only for local persons (Iraqi)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or any related field.
- Experience in HR not less than 3 years.
- Male or Female no preference.
- Business attire a and good personality (It is a must).
- Knowing about the Iraqi labor law
- Fluent in Arabic, & English.
