Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies, organizational structures, and related SOPs.
- Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process and Salaries to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations: Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems and training programs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and handle disciplinary actions.
- Compensation: Maintain pay plans and conduct salary reviews.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance and develop related policies.
- Reporting: Provide HR metrics and reports to the Head of Operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; HR certification preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years in HR management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills: Knowledge of labor laws, strong communication, leadership, and HR software proficiency.
