Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of
human resources practices and processes. This role requires a professional who can manage
HR functions, contribute to business strategy, and foster a workplace environment consistent
with our organizational values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Planning: Develop HR strategies in alignment with the organization’s
strategic direction. Participate in organizational strategic planning and provide leadership
for HR initiatives.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the recruitment process, including job
design, posting, interviewing, and selection. Oversee talent management and
succession planning.
3. Performance Management: Design and oversee a performance appraisal system that
drives high performance and aligns with organizational goals.
4. Training and Development: Assess training needs and develop programs for
continuous employee development.
5. Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits
packages. Manage payroll and benefits administration.
6. Employee Relations: Create and maintain a positive work environment. Handle
employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
7. Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
8. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, revise, and suggest policies and procedures.
Ensure HR policies are consistent with current laws and practices.
9. Diversity and Inclusion: Champion a diverse and inclusive work environment.
10. Organizational Development: Lead change management and organizational
development initiatives.
11. HR Metrics and Analytics: Use HR metrics for decision-making and to track and report
on HR effectiveness.
12. Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to increase employee engagement and
retention.
13. Workplace Safety: Ensure workplace safety protocols and wellness initiatives.
14. Employee Process Enhancement/Review: Regularly review and enhance employee
processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
15. Cultural Stewardship: Promote and uphold the company’s values and culture.Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field.
● Extensive experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record as an HR
Manager or Senior HR role (5 years minimum experience)
● In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices.
● Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes.
● Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Experience with HR software and tools, proficiency in Odoo is advantageous.
● Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.
● Fluent in Arabic and English.
● Familiarity with AI tools / Gen AI such as Chat GPT.
