HR Officer – SG Erbil

HR officers manage personnel-related functions within organizations. Their tasks include recruitment, handling employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, managing benefits and compensation, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws. They play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the overall HR strategy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or any related field, Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, very good interpersonal skills including Communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills, knowledge of labor laws and regulations, experience in recruitment and employee onboarding, proficiency in computer software skills such a MS Office tools, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team. Kurdish, English, and Arabic languages are a must, Iraqis only can apply for this role.
