Location: Erbil (with travel to other cities)

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and learning & development (L&D) within corporate environments. This role requires excellent communication skills in Kurdish, English, and Arabic and the flexibility to travel across different cities in Iraq as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement L&D programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
•Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for company needs.
•Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
•Conduct job market analysis to stay competitive with hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
•Coordinate with department heads to assess training needs and execute training plans.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
•Support HR operations, including performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
•Travel as required to support recruitment and training activities across Iraq.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven min 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and learning & development within corporate settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Languages Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
