Job Title: HR Operation Senior Specialist

Reporting to: HR Manager

Job Grade: VI

Responsibilities of the Job

  1. Develop and deliver of  HR trainings to TIQ Dealers HR employees and support in any related development activities.
  2. Maintain update of employees personnel files in both HR system and in hard copies
  3. Conduct Onboarding process for new joiner
  4. Provide support and orientation for the staff during the probation period
  5. Generate monthly announcement e-cards for Staff Birthdays celebration and work anniversaries.
  6. Consolidate monthly HR and staff meetings reports and present accordingly.
  7. Participate in Scanning CVs and prepare for preliminary interviews.
  8. Participate in prepare Non Disclosure Contract and Contract for new joiners
  9. Update and keeping training records and follow up delivery of development events.
  10. Follow approval flows whenever needed
  11. Share HR forms and update policies in share points and/or systems and make sure to have  their translations as well.
  12. prepare support letters for employees upon their need
  13. As HR member  prepare, participate and follow up , the company continuous development approaches such KAIZEN ,  Compliance monthly  messages and related reports.
  14. Conduct surveys related to development area
  15. Backup for recruitment whenever needed
  16. Support the whole process of performance management ( setting objectives, competencies, development objectives , individual development plan and Annual Appraisal)
  17. Any other duties may be assigned due to business needs.

Job Specifications

Total professional years of experience: More than 3 years experience in HR

Languages required: Kurdish,  Arabic and  English/Fluent

Education required: Bachelor in HR and/or administration or in related fields

Nationality: Iraqi

Age Range: 25-35

Gender preferred: No restrictions
