Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Assist in payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Administer Social Security contributions and personal income tax.
- Track employee attendance and manage leaves.
- Update the HR system.
- Manage employee health insurance.
- Assist in daily HR administrative tasks, including handling employee records and compliance documentation.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 year similar experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, accounting, or a related field.
- Interest in payroll and tax compliance.
- Strong communication skills (Kurdish, Arabic and English)
- Strong proficiency in mathematics and Microsoft Excel
- Well-organized and a quick learner.
- Basic knowledge of Iraqi labor laws is a plus.
