HR Operations Specialist

Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in payroll processing and salary disbursement.
  • Administer Social Security contributions and personal income tax.
  • Track employee attendance and manage leaves.
  • Update the HR system.
  • Manage employee health insurance.
  • Assist in daily HR administrative tasks, including handling employee records and compliance documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 year similar experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, accounting, or a related field.
  • Interest in payroll and tax compliance.
  • Strong communication skills (Kurdish, Arabic and English)
  • Strong proficiency in mathematics and Microsoft Excel
  • Well-organized and a quick learner.
  • Basic knowledge of Iraqi labor laws is a plus.
