HR Supervisor

Job Overview

Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager

Job Summary:
Supports the HR Manager in executing HR policies, recruitment, staff training, and employee relations to maintain a productive and positive workplace. The ideal candidate must have at least three years of experience in HR and be fluent in English, Kurdish, and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
  • Support payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Maintain HR records and coordinate with department heads on staffing needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluent in English, Kurdish, and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
