Reports To: HR Manager
Job Summary:
Supports the HR Manager in executing HR policies, recruitment, staff training, and employee relations to maintain a productive and positive workplace. The ideal candidate must have at least three years of experience in HR and be fluent in English, Kurdish, and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
- Support payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Maintain HR records and coordinate with department heads on staffing needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English, Kurdish, and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
