HR Supervisor – ASG – Baghdad

The HR Supervisor is responsible of overseeing the daily operations of the human resources department. He/she will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities such as support in managing staff, recruiting, hiring, and training employees, as well as handling employee relations and compliance issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.  experience for five years or 3.

Fluency in English is required. Excellent communications and personnel management skills and ability to relate to people at all levels and of different multi-cultural backgrounds. Prior experience in the private sector working with group companies is preferred, Iraqis only can apply.
