HR Supervisor

Job Overview

As the HR Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our human resources department. You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
– Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating orientation programs.
– Managing employee relations issues and providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
– Administering employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
– Developing and implementing training and development programs to – —- enhance employee skills and knowledge.
– Maintaining accurate HR records and preparing reports as needed.
– Keeping abreast of changes in employment law and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
– Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s growth and success.

·        A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
·        Knowledge of Iraqi labor law, income tax and social security laws.
·        Adequate knowledge of the common HR practices.
·        Extensive knowledge of common recruitment practices.
