HSE Supervisor- SG ERB

The HSE Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of Sardar Group operations. The HSE Supervisor is responsible for implementing and overseeing safety programs, policies, and procedures to create a safe and sustainable work environment for employees, and visitors. The HSE Supervisor collaborates with various departments to identify potential risks, develop preventive measures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree, Proven experience as an HSE professional, with a track record of implementing successful safety programs. Must have experience of not less than 7 years in the HSE and a strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and develop effective solutions, Attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
