Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages;
- Onboarding newcomers to the company, by preparing offer letter, contract, and other personal files (Hard copy and E-files) for each staff to be saved and archiving;
- Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements, and manage finger prints, leave balance, and actual working hours for all employees and other parameters;
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization;
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance;
- Implement training and development plans for all levels in company by providing HR orientations on regular basis and raise up the awareness to company and business;
- Build a positive work environment and improve employs loyalty and implement new methods to leverage employs productivity;
- Stay up to date in new working systems after COVID-19 and implement the available means to active high quality and company goals;
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly;
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in Iraqi labor legislation and apply governments instruction in any regard to private limited companies and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and maintaining records;
- Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes
- Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation;
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale;
- Get full knowledge about company services and products and keep following company news and updates and to reflect company scope of work on HR training courses and other HR related subjects.
- Develop HR daily operation and insert all activates into Dealer management system (DMS) or any management system and maintain hardcopy and softcopy of each transaction in archive;
- Build HR budget and budgeting system and link cost to each inserted data and apply financial upper and lower limits;
- Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and policies and procedures
- Implement HR metrics and associated KPIs for all employs and HR team;
- Monthly and annually report to line manager and management team and participate in providing decision support through HR metrics.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Human Resources Management, Master degree is a privilege;
- Minimum Five years of Experience in the same position or HR Field;
- Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic and English languages;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and HR Software System;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues;
- Experience in educating and coaching staff;
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations;
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Organizational & Analytical skills, attention to details;
- Ability to give presentations and have relevant knowledge of health and safety laws;
- Exceptional communication skills both oral and written.
Working Condition and Benefit Package:
- Working Days & Hours: 6 days per week & 8 Hours per day;
- Salary: Negotiable, based on HR knowledge and experience;
- Annual Leave: 20 Working Days per Year;
- Public Holiday: 16 Working Days per Year;
- Communication: Sim-Card, Internet & Monthly Scratch Card for business purpose.
