The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for managing recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interviewing, while also overseeing employee relations, performance management, and HR administration tasks.
- Devise and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for various positions.
- Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to actively source and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening of candidates through resume review, phone interviews, and initial assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with the company, ensuring only the most qualified candidates advance in the recruitment process.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and facilitate the interview and selection process.
- Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, leveraging networking, referrals, and talent databases.
- Facilitate collaborative decision-making processes among hiring teams, providing valuable insights and recommendations based on candidate assessments and interview feedback.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing issues promptly and effectively to maintain positive employee relations.
- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms, to drive employee development and organizational success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
