Job Overview


The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for managing recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interviewing, while also overseeing employee relations, performance management, and HR administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Devise and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for various positions.
  • Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to actively source and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screening of candidates through resume review, phone interviews, and initial assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with the company, ensuring only the most qualified candidates advance in the recruitment process.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and facilitate the interview and selection process.
  • Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, leveraging networking, referrals, and talent databases.
  • Facilitate collaborative decision-making processes among hiring teams, providing valuable insights and recommendations based on candidate assessments and interview feedback.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing issues promptly and effectively to maintain positive employee relations.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms, to drive employee development and organizational success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Effective HR strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities in handling various HR tasks.
  • Attention to detail in documentation, record-keeping, and HR processes.
  • Proficient in utilizing HR metrics for analysis and decision-making.
  • Innovative problem-solving for various HR challenges and initiatives.
