Job Summary

Oversee and lead the comprehensive functions of the Human Resources (HR) department for concept interior in Erbil. This role involves managing diverse HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and policy enforcement to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.

The position will require work rotation between 2-3 days at the head office in Erbil and 3-4 days in Concept manufacture in Erbil, this might change based on the business need.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

Human Resources

  • Streamline and optimize daily departmental operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Innovate and implement group HR strategies aligned with manufacturing industry standards.
  • Spearhead end-to-end recruitment and selection procedures to attract and onboard top-tier talent for Concept and other businesses if needed within the group.
  • Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Design and evaluate competitive benefits schemes while assessing their impact on employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Foster positive employee-manager relationships by skillfully mediating and resolving labor disputes.
  • Execute a robust performance review program for equitable and compliant assessments across the organization.
  • Guide seamless employee onboarding and departure processes.
  • Manage meticulous record-keeping of employee data to ensure precision and compliance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and present key HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Generate comprehensive HR reports to provide insightful organizational insights.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and standards, prioritizing employee well-being.

 

Requirements:

  • Exhibit exceptional oral and written communication skills, tailored to manufacturing-specific contexts with fluency in English and Kurdish, Arabic will be a plus.
  • Demonstrate adeptness in interpersonal dynamics, adeptly navigating negotiations and conflict resolution.
  • Showcase a keen eye for detail and highly organized work practices in a fast-paced environment.
  • Display adept leadership capabilities to guide HR functions effectively.
  • Apply strong analytical and solution-driven approaches to tackle intricate challenges.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks, including delegating responsibilities when warranted.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software for precise documentation.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field, catering to manufacturing demands.
  • Garner a minimum of 4 years of progressive HR and Administration supervision experience, with a focus on manufacturing environments.
