Project Name: Improved Access to Safe Drinking Water and Hygiene Practices for Vulnerability IDPs in Erbil Governorate

The Hygiene Promoter is expected to complete the following tasks and adhere to the required terms:
- Ensure implementation of the emergency WASH component of the project by approved donor and government agreements.
- Conduct a baseline assessment of community needs within the camps, current WASH initiatives (water supply, sanitation, and hygiene), existing WASH infrastructure and capacities, and identify project intervention sites.
- Responsible for identifying and ordering materials required for WASH interventions within the planned time frame
- Ensure goods and inventories are registered and distributed correctly according to financing documents.
- Mobilizing the community to participate in the project and encouraging all groups to participate in the project
- Establish Hygiene and Water Management Committees in IDP camps.
- Conduct Cleaning Campaigns in these three camps and provide garbage bins for HHs and Sector levels.
- Facilitating awareness-raising, and distributing IEC promotional material to improve hygiene and sanitation practices for IDPs in three camps in Erbil.
- Develop and regularly update a detailed project work plan to guide project implementation and ensure that the project team uses this to monitor project progress towards completion of the water and sanitation component of the project.
- Coordinate and attend meetings related to water, sanitation, and hygiene at camp levels.
- Support Project officer WASH for identification of Vulnerable families for Distribution of Hygiene Kits.
- Compiling weekly, monthly, and periodic progress reports for internal and external consumption
- Supervising monitoring and evaluation activities in the water and sanitation component.
- Comply with all relevant policies and procedures about child protection, health, safety and security, equal opportunities, and other applicable policies.

من المتوقع أن يقوم مرشد النظافة بإكمال المهام التالية والالتزام بالشروط المطلوبة:
- ضمان تنفيذ متطلبات المياه والصرف الصحي في حالات الطوارئ للمشروع من خلال اتفاقيات الجهات المانحة والحكومة المعتمدة.
- إجراء تقييم أساسي لاحتياجات المجتمع داخل المخيمات، ومبادرات المياه والصرف الصحي الحالية (إمدادات المياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة)، والبنية التحتية والقدرات الحالية للمياه والصرف الصحي، وتحديد مواقع تدخل المشروع.
- يكون مسؤولا عن تحديد وطلب المواد المطلوبة لتدخلات المياه والصرف الصحي ضمن الإطار الزمني المخطط له
- التأكد من تسجيل البضائع والمخزونات وتوزيعها بشكل صحيح وفقا لوثائق التمويل.
- تحشيد المجتمع للمشاركة في المشروع وتشجيع كافة الفئات للمشاركة في المشروع
- إنشاء لجان النظافة وإدارة المياه في مخيمات النازحين.
- إجراء حملات التنظيف في هذه المخيمات الثلاثة وتوفير صناديق القمامة للأسر ومستويات القطاع.
- تسهيل رفع الوعي، وتوزيع المواد الترويجية IEC لتحسين ممارسات النظافة والصرف الصحي للنازحين في ثلاثة مخيمات في أربيل.
- تطوير وتحديث خطة عمل مفصلة للمشروع بانتظام لتوجيه تنفيذ المشروع والتأكد من أن فريق المشروع يستخدم ذلك لرصد التقدم المحرز في المشروع نحو استكمال عنصر المياه والصرف الصحي في المشروع.
- تنسيق وحضور الاجتماعات المتعلقة بالمياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة على مستويات المخيم.
- دعم مسؤول مشروع المياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة الصحية لتحديد الأسر الضعيفة لتوزيع أدوات النظافة.
- تجميع التقارير المرحلية الأسبوعية والشهرية والدورية للاستهلاك الداخلي والخارجي
- الإشراف على أنشطة الرصد والتقييم في عنصر المياه والصرف الصحي.
- الامتثال لجميع السياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة بشأن حماية الطفل والصحة والسلامة والأمن، وتكافؤ الفرص، والسياسات الأخرى المعمول بها.
