Sales Executive with ICT/Telecommunications Background for our Value Division in Kurdistan Area – Iraq

Job Brief

We are currently looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Executive with ICT/ Telecommunications background for our Value Division to be based in Kurdistan Area-  Iraq.  The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and to help us expand our client base by building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client
  • Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
  • Answering any technical questions, the client might have
  • Presenting your findings to a pre-sales team to act on, and then to the client
  • Compiling lists of prospective client businesses using trade directories and other sources
  • Acquiring and updating knowledge of employer’s and competitors’ goods and services, and market conditions
  • Visiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities
  • Assessing customers’ needs and explaining the goods and services which meet their needs
  • Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, and completing contracts and recording orders
  • Reporting to sales management on sales made and the marketability of ICT goods and services
  • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, arranging modifications, and resolving any problems arising
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Preparing sales reports, maintaining, and submitting records

 

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Strong personality with skills in communication
  • 4 Years’ experience in ELV & ICT systems solution with Iraq market.
  • BSc in Electronic, Communication and Computer Engineering degree
