Indirect Sales Section Manager

Job Overview

Key Goal:

The ideal candidate will have to efficiently execute the company’s sales strategies aimed into building sales infrastructure (teams, agents and sub-agents and any other point of sales) aimed at creating availability, visibility which in-turn should translate into growth of customers and customer market share across all regions which is the building block for company’s revenues objectives and aspirations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop strong Teams on the ground capable of executing Company sales strategies and objectives as assign.
  • Ensure regional objectives, targets for the teams and agents are clearly understood and circulated on time.
  • Constant monitor the teams, review the teams, visit the market with the teams, Recognize the best teams and place the non-performers into Performance improvement plan as per Company’s HR policy or even replace the constant non-performers as per HR policy all aimed at ensuring we have an active team delivering company objectives.
  • Hold business or attend meetings as per Ways of work of the department and plan to attend teams meeting times to times to ensure they are adhering to the norms stipulated in the ways of work.
  • Ensure agents and sub-agents are supported, and all their issues and complaints are received and handled on time to ensure optimal customer service.
  • Ensures the trade is well branded as per visibility picture of success norm defined in the ways of work.
  • Coordinate with cross functional departments to ensure branding merchandize are readily available and distributed to the sales team on time.
  • Ensure agents owned shops networks are created as per plan and shop staffs are trained to operate the business and handle the customers as per Asiapay expectations.
  • Ensure all markets meets the planned number of active agents and active sub agents as per strategy plan.
  • Ensure all agents meet their planned targets on Float and Cash distribution.
  • Ensure all Agents meet the planned number sub-agents in the route as per strategy.
  • Ensure all Agents meet the number of planned Active DSRs who operates as per Asiapay ways of work norms.
  • Ensure all sub-agents are serviced with float and cash as per ways of work norm without deviation.
  • Devise strategies to curb churn in the ecosystem.
  • By coordination with IT, Operations and Analysts teams, ensure All reports are dispatched as per requirement of Ways of Work, Daily Gate meeting reports, Daily performance reports to Team leaders, Sales representatives and Direct Sales reps (DSRS), Agents review meetings, and all other review meetings as mandated by the ways of work..
  • Participates in workshops, special events, and product demonstrations to drive customer loyalty
  • accessory capabilities and offers suggestions based on customers wants and needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments throughout the company to analyse issues impacting the Indirect channel, and recommend, develop, and implement process improvements.
  • set sales goals, analyse data, and develop training programs for organizations’ sales representatives.
  • Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits.
  • Responsible for managing the overall operations, budget, and quota of the Indirect channel.
  • Analyse reports / sales results and develop action plans designed to increase sales productivity.
  • Responsible for assigning sales modules, market coverage management, and regional sales promotions and contests.
  • Follow up E-money deposit process monitoring and subagents deposits monitoring with zero balance.
  • Direct local contract negotiation and start-up implementation of new accounts, as well as new distribution marketing, advertising, and sales strategies for new and existing accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments throughout the company to analyse issues impacting the indirect channel, and recommend, develop, and implement process improvements.

Education, Experience & Qualifications necessary to perform the job:

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or business administration, or in a related field

Experience: Minimum 7 Years Senior Manager Leadership Experience in Sales, Distribution, Channel management from FMCG or Telecom or FINTECH.

Language: Fluent English and fluent Arabic are must, good command in Kurdish is added advantage.
