We are hiring an Indoor Sales Advisor for our branch in Mosul.

Work Schedule: (Saturday to Thursday)

Position Overview:

As an Indoor Sales Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategy, responsible for guiding clients through their office furniture purchasing journey. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional service and support to customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met with the right products.



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the showroom by providing personalized assistance and exceptional service.
  • Address any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
  • Present furniture products in an appealing and informative manner.
  • Ensure that product displays are well-maintained, organized, and visually attractive to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including entering sales transactions into the point-of-sale system, arranging delivery or pickup logistics, and coordinating any special requests.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and sales techniques through training sessions, workshops, and self-study.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Minimum two years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture or related industries.
  • Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish language. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
