We are seeking a skilled IT Expert to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our technology systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network management, server administration, technical support, and the latest advancements in AI.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Network Infrastructure Management: Oversee the company’s network infrastructure, ensuring all servers and systems are maintained, secure, and up to date.
2. Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical support for employees, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
3. Website and Application Development: Develop and maintain the company’s websites and applications, ensuring their functionality, security, and performance.
4. Cybersecurity Oversight: Implement and monitor security measures to protect against cyber threats, ensuring the company’s data and systems remain secure.
5. AI Solutions: Utilize artificial intelligence to provide innovative solutions that enhance internal processes and streamline business operations.
6. Technology Development: Stay up to date with the latest programming languages and technological advancements, applying them to improve system performance, scalability, and overall efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proficient in Operating Systems: Solid experience managing both Windows and Linux operating systems.
2. Server and Network Administration: Expertise in server management, network configurations, and VPN setup.
3. Programming Languages: Strong knowledge of programming languages including Python, PHP, and JavaScript.
4. Database Management: Familiarity with database management systems and proficiency in SQL.
5. Artificial Intelligence Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and their practical applications to optimize business operations.
6. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
7. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred but not required):
• Certifications in related fields (e.g., Network+, CCNA, or similar).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
