AL-ROWAD CABLES COMPANEY the first cable factory in IRAQ specialized in manufacturing & test MV cables; located in BAGHDAD.

We are looking for professional, responsible and experienced IT Manager who has the ability to overseeing IT personnel and daily operations within the IT department and helps to determine the IT needs of the company and ensure that all the employees in the firm have the technology they need to get their job done.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and distribution of new IT systems and services.
  • Tracking performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
  • Running regular checks on network and data security.
  • Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the company.
  • Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff.
  • Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
  • Providing direction for IT team members.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working as an IT manager or similar role.
  • Admirable knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
  • Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
