– Key Responsibilities
- The main tasks of YBS IT Officer is to act as a central Point of contact by answering any request, service order or incident reported to the Servicedesk. The main tasks are listed below :
- Identify and diagnose IT issues and problems
- Should support POS software, hardware development cycle to include requirement-based analysis. They are involved in troubleshooting and deployment of POS software for the clients.
- Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions
- Support problem identification
- Receives and handles requests for service, following agreed procedures.
- Advise users on appropriate course of action
- Monitor issues from start to resolution
- Represent The company in Baghdad in terms of IT with the support of Baghdad branch manager
- Act as focal point between IT Erbil head office and Baghdad branch
- Abide by YBS, IT and IS policies and procedures
- Other Request will be assigned by Baghdad Branch Manager
–Other Responsibilities
- Customer support.
- Case resolution and investigation.
- Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Follow company processes, controls, and policies.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT 2-3 Years of Experience
Fluency In English and Arabic
