IT Specialist

The IT Specialist implements and operates the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensures systems stability and information security, and monitors IT response and technical issues. He or she assesses problems and issues related to IT equipment and applications and assists in resolving these problems for users. The IT technician provides technical care for system hardware, software, applications, and networks. In addition, the IT technician will identify ongoing technical issues and suggest related improvements.

Key Responsibilities :
1.Identifies steps and resolves incoming technical and technical inquiries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware directly.
2. Performs daily operations of the IT department, dealing with incoming inquiries and requests for assistance from employees, either via email or by phone.
3. Installs, modifies and repairs computer hardware and software.
4. Periodic visits to border crossings to follow up on technical work, solve technical problems and follow up on work progress.
5. Any other job-related matters that may be requested

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Technologies, Information Systems or any related field
2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate problems and provide necessary solutions
3. High ability to use computer and Microsoft programs
