IT Technician

Requirements:

Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, etc.)

Language Skills: Turkish, Kudish, and English
-Experienced in server and network management,
-At least 2 years of experience in supporting users with SAP software,
-Worked in IT Department, institutions/organizations operating in the manufacturing sector,
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications,
-Proficient in process management and business analysis and able to analyze business processes,
-High solution and user-oriented communication skills, Strong human relations and able to assume the role of a consulted person,
-Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
-Prone to teamwork and able to adapt to the dynamic structure of our company, proactive,
-Experienced in first level user support,
-Knowledgeable about Information Security Management and ISO27001,

Job Description:

To ensure that conceptual design, testing and go-live processes are implemented in accordance with SAP and Mes project management methodology,
To monitor and manage support/changes or projects to be made in application processes,
To determine, evaluate and prioritize the needs of business units, to ensure that they are formed as demands,
To support users in the transactions performed,
To take part in the compliance of demands with the current system structure or in the execution of impact analysis studies,
To ensure coordination between project teams,
To complete or monitor adaptations or developments made in the system,
To conduct preliminary tests and send them to user testing and to complete the necessary improvements according to the test results,
To manage server, network, network security infrastructure management and client applications,
To organize user trainings by identifying needs,
To prepare test scenarios and user information documentation,
