Job Overview
Global objective of the position:
Under the line management of the National IT Manager, IT Specialist supports the company’s digital and networking processes. The candidate will install, secure, maintain and update the company’s digital assets, networks and systems.
Responsibilities:
The IT assistant will do the following:
Managing digital assets and infrastructure.
Troubleshooting technical and operational issues
Responding to employee queries and requests
Ensuring the security of company data.
Maintaining inventory of hardware devices
Training company employees.
Prepares weekly and monthly walk-in reports.
This job description must remain flexible, to respond to additional tasks or changes as identified by the line manager.
Requirements:
· Bachelor or diploma degree in IT or any other related field.
· Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic is required, and good level of English is preferred.
· A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
· strong organizational skills.
· Ability to adhere to strict guidelines and SOPs.
· Problem-solving skills.
· Good communication skills.
