IT Supervisor

Overview:

The IT Supervisor at Auto-Iraq is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring that all systems and services are running smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, coordinating with other departments to support their IT needs, and implementing technology solutions that align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

1. Supervise, mentor, and provide leadership to the IT team members.
2. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and issues.
3. Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for improvement.

System Management:

1. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
2. Ensure that all IT systems are secure, reliable, and meet company standards.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
4. Collaborate closely with the Aftersales Department to understand their specific IT needs and challenges.
5. Provide dedicated support for aftersales-related systems, such as call centre &CRM systems, service management software, and parts inventory systems.
6. Ensure the seamless integration and functionality of IT systems that are critical to aftersales operations.

Project Coordination:

1. Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Prepare and present project status reports to management.

Security and Compliance:

1. Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data.
2. Ensure compliance with auto industry standards and regulations.
3. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.

Budget Management:

1. Assist in the preparation and management of the IT budget.
2. Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
3. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems.
4. Experience with IT project management and security practices.

Working Conditions:
