Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration and guidance of OneDrive, SharePoint, Office 365, firewalls, load balance, email filter, backups, phone systems, mobile devices, and any other IT-related software.
  • Maintenance and support attendance systems.
  • Maintenance and support network printers with installation, configuration & fixing issues by coordinating with supplier.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners (FastPay, FIB).
  • IP-CCTV Systems: Cameras & DVR & NVR (Installation & Configuration).
  • Maintenance and support FastPay networks with Cisco switches, UNBT Access points, cabling and rack termination.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests from ticket system.
  • Maintaining Networks, Wireless access point and IP Phones of all the showrooms in (Erbil and Duhok) regions.
  • Maintaining and support Laptops/PCs of FastPay and all showrooms in (Erbil and Duhok) region.
  • follow up documentation:
    – IT Assets of all employees.
    – Employees acknowledgement records.
    – IT Inventory.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of Experience as an IT Support.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, IT Engineering, Computer Science.
  • Hands-on experience in helpdesk (hardware & software) networking, routing, and switching in Security appliances and fields.
  • Speaks Kurdish, Arabic and English fluently.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Male candidates preferred.
