Junior HR Assistant  – Jaguar Land Rover – Baghdad:

Junior HR Assistant Supports the human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information, and maintaining employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data in the Auto-line system.

Location: Baghdad, AL-Mansour -Abu Jaafar Square.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field. Proven experience in the HR field with 1 year of experience. Strong understanding of HR principles, and employment laws. Excellent communication skills and excellent English language. Proficient in MS Office. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
