Major Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping & reconciliation of all accounting transactions (Cash & Bank, Accounts Payables & Receivables, Intercompany & Related Party Transactions, Inventory, and Fixed Assets) for the E-commerce business.
  • Prepare & reconcile prepayments & accruals schedules.
  • Manage all payments & collections efficiently.
  • Prepare daily & weekly cashflow forecasts.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate their work.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience with accounting systems Al- amin or Al Bayan & ERP is plus.
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
  • High level of initiative with a proven track record of delivering results to deadlines
  • Ability to handle physical cash transactions while maintaining accuracy.
  • Bachelor of accounting wanted.
