3. Position Purpose Summary:

4. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of network devices, servers, and systems. Learn server management for both Windows and Linux environments. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and escalate as needed. Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software problems. Participate in routine system backups and ensure data integrity and security. Collaborate with senior administrators in implementing security protocols and measures. Assist in maintaining documentation of network configurations and procedures. Learn and adhere to IT best practices and company policies. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Education:	· Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Communication
Experience:	§ 0 – 2 years
Skills:	§ Good teamworking skills § Excellent Oral Communication (English & Arabic) § Excellent Written Communication (English & Arabic)
Knowledge	§ Computer network and operating systems
Abilities:	§ Enthusiastic and proactive approach to learning new technologies. § Team player with a willingness to collaborate and contribute ideas. § Strong analytical mindset and logical thinking. § Adaptable and open to working in a fast-paced environment
