Job Overview
- Oversee and manage all aspects of ICT project phases in accordance with COBIT’s structured approach to project management, including proactive management or accelerating of project risks and issues to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Work diligently to ensure that project deliverables adhere to COBIT’s quality management principles and match the agreed-upon schedule, scope, and cost dimensions.
- Draft and revise business cases, project plans, statements of works, and vendor provided artefacts in line with COBIT guidelines, highlighting potential issues and dependencies, and recommend ways for ensuring success.
- Prepare presentation and briefing material, status reports for internal divisions, the Senior Management Team, and other stakeholder groups for IT updates, ensuring that communication aligns with COBIT’s emphasis on effective communication and organizational change enablement.
- Ensure that systems requirements analysis provides sufficient formality and records as per COBIT standards for effectively communicating, coordinating, executing, and quality assuring tasks between many onsite and offsite contributors.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the CIO and CISO ensuring adherence to COBIT guidelines and best practices in all assigned tasks.
