Junior Ticketing And Reservation Agent

Summary of the job responsibilities:

• Being able to operate the specialised computer reservation system after training.
• Answering day to day passenger requests via mail or phone calls
• Basic of accounting
• Promoting product at the office
• Performing time to time airport duties

Requirements:

• University Graduates
• English, Arabic and Kurdish Proficiency
• Being able to travel alone to Europe for training.
• Being available for airport shifts or home office after the working hours.
• Car and Driving License.
