Job Overview

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in the Iraqi market
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proficient in office software
  • Reside in Baghdad and travel across Iraq

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute quarterly strategic plans.
  • Conduct market research and SWOT analyses in Iraqi regions.
  • Identify key markets and develop business strategies.
  • Build relationships for new sales points and select optimal locations.
  • Explore new business opportunities and channels.
  • Analyze customer needs and enhance product/service offerings.
  • Increase market share and open new business channels.
  • Perform field visits across Iraq and provide quarterly reports.
  • Identify and address weaknesses while leveraging strengths.
