Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team as a Key Accounts Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong background in Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) solutions and electricity. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients, driving revenue growth, and providing technical expertise to support our sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing key accounts and actively seek out new potential customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services and address any customer concerns or issues.
  • Utilize technical knowledge of ELV solutions and electricity to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase our products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary to fulfill work requirements and meet project demands.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the field of ELV solutions and electricity.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Management experience is preferred but not required.
