Responsibilities 

1-   Quality of the food, and cooking food in a timely manner.
2-   Taste of the food.
3-   Team Training and delegate tasks to kitchen staff.
4-   Support the Executive Chef for improve menus.
5-   Ensure with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area, and any Maintenance related to the kitchen.
6-    Monitor inventory and row material stock.
 

Requirements

1-    Must HACCP Certified, Food safety certified, and experience in hotel or any Restaurants (one of them is Required)
2-   Communication Skills.
3-   Leader skills.
4-   Problem Solving.
5-   Team Work.
