Lawyer (Pool of Professionals)

We are building a pool of qualified lawyers for future openings in our expanding legal practice. This is a CV pooling opportunity, meaning candidates will be contacted when a suitable position becomes available.

Location: Baghdad

Job Summary:

The Lawyer may be responsible for providing legal consultation, handling litigation, drafting legal documents, and assisting with other legal and paralegal services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, client representation, compliance, and have a good command of English.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal consultation and advice to clients on various legal matters.
• may Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support cases.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
• Work closely with clients, government bodies, and legal professionals.
• Assist in paralegal and administrative legal work as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Licensed to practice law in Iraq.
• Experienced with Microsoft Suite tools (Word, Excel, etc…)
• Languages: Arabic, English
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and client management skills.
