Learning and Development Assistant Manager – Erbil

Job Overview

Position: Learning & Development Assistant Manager

Reporting To: Learning & Development Manager

Duty Station: Erbil Office

Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Facilitate Training Needs Analysis sessions with line managers.
  • Build, in consultation with the L&D Manager, the company’s yearly L&D Catalogue & Calendar.
  • Lead e-Learning creations modules and liaise with suppliers and subject experts.
  • Coordinate and organize different logistics aspects of L&D activities and events.
  • Manage the nomination process for training sessions for different training modes.
  • Facilitate classroom and online training sessions as required.
  • Carry-out training evaluation for different L&D activities.
  • Maintain updated L&D records and dashboards.
  • Compile activities and project completion reports.
  • Propose and design new training modules to support TIQ team performance.
  • Handle L&D-related administrative tasks such as Advanced Payment Requests, PO, PR…
  • Actively participate and support different HRD projects.

Any other duties or responsibilities that might be requested by Division’s Management

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in an automotive-related industry/ Educational Services industry.
  • Diploma/ Degree in Education, Human Resources or similar field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
  • Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish.
  • Iraqi nationality
