Job Overview

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Leasing Sales Specialist is responsible for expanding the customer base in Baghdad by identifying and meeting potential clients, effectively presenting leasing products, and negotiating favorable agreements.

With a focus on achieving or exceeding sales targets, the specialist engages in market research, builds positive customer relationships, and ensures compliance with internal policies.

Customer Acquisition:

Actively engage in identifying and meeting potential customers in Baghdad to promote leasing services.

Utilize effective sales strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.

Sales Presentations:

Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase leasing products and explain their benefits to potential customers.

Address customer queries and concerns, providing accurate and comprehensive information.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

Apply strong negotiation skills to secure favorable leasing terms and agreements.

Work towards achieving or exceeding leasing sales targets through successful deal closures.

Market Research:

Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.

Provide feedback to enhance leasing products and remain competitive in the market.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
