Position: Leasing Sales Specialist
Reporting To: Value Chain Manager
Duty Station: Baghdad branch office
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Actively engage in identifying and meeting potential customers in Baghdad to promote leasing services.
- Utilize effective sales strategies to attract new clients, expand the customer base, and maintain positive relationships and ongoing communication with the clients.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase leasing products and explain their benefits, and offer guidance on selecting the most suitable leasing options based on individual needs.
- Negotiate with clients to secure favorable leasing terms and agreements and achieve leasing sales targets.
- Study and keep track of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.
- Ensure all leasing transactions and agreements comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals status, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market feedback.
- Adjust sales strategies based on market dynamics, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Conduct follow-up activities with potential customers to nurture leads and address any outstanding concerns.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years in a similar role, and knowledge in automotive sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Iraqi nationality.
