Job Overview

Position title: Lexus Sales Admin

Reporting To: Lexus Sales Manager

Duty Station: Erbil branch office

Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Following up sales trend and analyze / report results.
  • Following up on dealers’ operational process and support in weak points.
  • Lost sales analysis and results quarterly bases.
  • Showroom display vehicles model availability check.
  • Reporting daily routine tasks on time.
  • Preparing of quotations and/or invoicing of vehicles on system and maintain files.
  • Prepare training content for dealers.
  • Continuous market surveys and monitoring Grey and competitors’ situations with providing analysis.
  • Continuous check of fleet inquiries and guidance for dealers to meet standards and ensure zero breaches.
  • Process Purchase Orders payments and PR in system for all Lexus related Purchases.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years in a similar role, and knowledge in automotive sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
  • Fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic
  • Iraqi nationality
