Logistic Assistant

Responsibilities:

•  Partner and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
• Ensure the delivery of purchased supplies/equipment to project sites ensuring that packing lists, Invoices, COO/waybills are complete
• Responding to any issues or complaints.
• Researching ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
• Develop new strategies with the supply chain coordinator, to streamline processes and reduce cost.
• Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
• Assisting in logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
• Supervising warehouse and warehouse workers.
• Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
• Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
• Heeding notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock, particularly when fragile.
• Preparing clients’ orders by gathering and loading stock.
• Organizing warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments.
• Receive, pull stock, store, and maintain warehouse inventory (check in on the system).
• Ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the materials received from suppliers.
• Issue materials to the end-users as per the schedule (check out on the system).
• Contact with drivers to deliver the goods to the end-users.
• Take responsibility for excess and shortage of goods (will be responsible for any losses or any damaged items if you didn’t report it to the management).
• Carrying out an inventory of materials every 3 months (quarterly) in addition to an annual inventory (the end of each year).
• Take the necessary measures to protect the warehouse from exposure to fire, theft, vandalism or any other illegal activity.
• Routine checks every week for: cleanliness + water leakage to avoid flooding + water tank level + functionality of generator + fire system function + security camera function + power supply + doors’ locks + forklift and other materials functionality + rodents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 years experience.
• Language: Arabic and English, Kurdish is a plus.
• Only Male Candidates.
