Job Overview

Summary

The position is responsible for enhancing customer loyalty, satisfaction, and overall experience with the Korek brand through Blue Program on MYKOREK app. As a Loyalty Specialist, you will support the digital loyalty program within the app by analyzing customer behavior, developing targeted campaigns, and assisting in testing and refining app features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer value using data-driven insights.
  • Utilize analytical tools to tailor initiatives aimed at improving customer retention and loyalty.
  • Continuously test and evaluate the app, website, and other relevant channels to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with teams to refine features and functionalities based on ongoing testing and feedback.
  • Analyze large datasets using Excel and other analytical software to derive actionable insights.
  • Monitor and report key trends related to churn, employing analytical tools to identify patterns and anomalies.
  • Use insights from data analysis to implement effective measures for reducing churn and enhancing retention.
  • Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in customer experience based on analytical findings.
  • Develop and execute campaigns informed by data-driven insights to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support in designing and developing targeted campaigns based on thorough analysis of customer data.
  • Measure the effectiveness of campaigns using analytical tools and adjust strategies to optimize results.
